What does DropFly do?

DropFly builds and runs AI for businesses. Two things do the work: an AI workforce that carries a job end to end, and Fortress, a zero-trust gate that controls what that workforce is allowed to touch. You buy it in three shapes — workflow automation, AI integration into the tools you already use, and AI capability training for your team. We proved the approach by building and operating our own portfolio of live AI products first.

One AI system that carries the whole arc of work instead of one task — research, build, launch, marketing, and back office — and stays on the tools it shipped. It is what built our own portfolio, and what we still operate it with, and it is what gets pointed at your business. It is delivered through an engagement, not sold as a login.

What is Fortress?

Fortress is DropFly's zero-trust security layer for AI at work. Every agent gets an identity, its own isolated workspace, and a written mandate, and every action it takes is evaluated before it runs — risky ones are held until a human approves them, and a denial means the command never executes. Fortress is a working prototype in private preview: six services run in Docker today, and it holds no compliance certifications yet.

How is DropFly different from an AI consultant or agency?

We're not a consultant with an AI subscription. DropFly runs a coordinated system of 60 specialist AI systems that already built our own products — 10 of them — and that we operate them with every day. You get time on that same system, and every deliverable goes through the same verification check our own products do.

What has DropFly actually built?

10 products, plus Dossier, all built by the same AI engine we point at client work: VoiceFly, CodeFly, PDFDocSign, SocialFly, SiteFly, LawFly, TaxFly, FitFly, LeadFly, Shooin. 4 are open to the public right now; the rest are beta or MVP and we run them ourselves. Every product is labeled honestly as Live, Beta, or MVP — we don't call a product live because its URL loads.

How does a DropFly engagement work?

Every engagement runs the same three steps: discovery (getting inside the real workflow, not the org chart), build (against your real stack, never a sandbox demo), and deploy (live, documented, and handed off so your team can change it without calling us).

How long does an AI automation project take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the process, which is why we scope it live rather than quoting a number here. Discovery finds the highest-friction step worth killing first, so the first automation goes live early instead of waiting on a full transformation program.

Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

Accepted Answer

No. Most AI pilots stall because they live in a separate app nobody opens. We put AI inside the tools you already run — CRM, email, docs, support, voice — so your team works with AI instead of around it.
